Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a custom cost ?
Prices depend on the chosen options, like quanity of disc slots, chosen embossings or special effects. Contact me for further details.
How long does it take to get my custom ?
Mostly i need about 2-4 weeks for ordering the materials and crafting the item. The additional shipping time depends on your location. I am shipping from Germany. Most US customers receive their items about 4-6 weeks after ordering.
Can i commission a new design ?
Yes, choose one of the ways to contact me (like Email, Reddit, Instagram, etc.) so we can collaborate on creating a whole new design for the custom steelbook you need.
In the design process you can propose your wishes or I propose drafts and selections of artworks so we achieve the best design together. Then I optimize them (expanding to cover the laterals without cutting away something from the main artwork, upscaling / sharpening for print, color correction to match front and back, etc).
Can i have a 2- or 3-slot case ?
Yes, each slot is +5€. Most of the times i have a few in stock, otherwise i will need to find a donor steelbook first, which might extend production time. There are 2,3,4 and 6 slot shells.
The maximum possible is 6 slots (3 discs stacked on each side in this case). Jumbo sized customs are also possible (4-5 slots).
How can i pay ?
PayPal Friends or G&S is the only international option right now. I will try my best to add new payment methods soon.
